In many cases, your bank will authorize a charge, and hField will reject the charge because we maintain more rigorous standards. Because the bank was okay with the charge, it will temporarily appear as an authorization on your online statement. Because hField rejected the charge, it will never be collected and will disappear on its own. A second charge is created when you correct your information. We understand this can be confusing, but we feel it&#8217;s necessary to maintain strong anti-fraud protection measures.</p>
<p>Of course, it&#8217;s possible you accidentally did place two orders. In this case, you&#8217;d have received two e-mails with two different order numbers. Please contact us immediately to cancel one order&nbsp;because we ship very promptly. We&#8217;re always happy to take a duplicate order back, but if it&#8217;s already been shipped, we will not be able to refund shipping fees.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wi-Fire allows you to connect to very weak signals that wouldn&#8217;t be possible with normal adapters. Of course, Wi-Fire can only connect where some WiFi signal is present. There is always some possibility that even Wi-Fire cannot connect to the wireless network to which you&#8217;d like to connect. Just make sure that you&#8217;re not evaluating the Wi-Fire at close range. The Wi-Fire is not intended to deliver benefits at very strong signal levels. A normal adapter will typically provide maximum throughput in close vicinity to the access point.</p>
<p>If you feel the Wi-Fire is defective, we offer a one-year warranty during which we will replace or repair the Wi-Fire. If you are not satisfied with your order because the order was filled incorrectly, we will either replace the items you need or refund you the purchase price of the item, at hField&#8217;s discretion.</p>
<p>We also offer a 30-day return policy in the event you find that the Wi-Fire does not offer greater range and better connectivity in more places where you could not connect before. First, we ask that you call into Technical Support for help. Often, it is a very minor problem in installation, even though it is very straightforward. Sometimes, the user tries to do a performance test at very close range to the access point, or tries to compare our signal strength versus a laptop&#8217;s bars, which are not equivalent measures.</p>
<p>If you still wish to return your Wi-Fire, you must then contact us to obtain an RMA#, within the 30-day or one-year periods, whichever is applicable. Please contact our return department at 877-7hField to obtain an RMA #. No returns can be accepted without a valid RMA#. The item must be in a similar condition as it was when delivered to you. Please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any return fees. On any authorized return, hField will refund the price of the&nbsp;item, excluding shipping &amp; other delivery&nbsp;charges,&nbsp;but reserves the right to charge a restocking fee and/or a fee for damaged or missing components of the shipment. Unauthorized returns, and returns to an address not specified for return by hField, are subject to an additional flat US$15 unauthorized return fee.&nbsp;Return shipping, for any return cause, is paid by the customer.</p>

With USPS shipping, your package is delivered abroad to an intermediary carrier who makes final delivery. In most cases, this intermediary is the national postal carrier. The reliability and timeliness of delivery is highly dependent on the intermediary carrier, and in most countries, delivery is fast, affordable and reliable.</p>
<p>FedEx Express International shipping options can be quite expensive, with the benefit that FedEx handles delivery of the package through the entire process, handling customs brokerage and providing excellent tracking information. If speed is absolutely essential or you know of problems with your local postal service, FedEx can be a better option.</p>

Please understand that USPS tracking information is significantly less detailed than FedEx. If it is extremely important to know the up-to-the-minute location of your order, you should select one of our FedEx options. This is particularly true in the case of international orders, where the USPS&nbsp; is sometimes unable to provide any updates once the shipment clears U.S. Customs.</p>
<p>Our carrier pickups occur late in the evening to maximize the number of orders we can ship, so tracking information is emailed daily in the early morning after our shipping and processing is done. So for example, if you receive a shipment notification early morning Tuesday, it would mean your order shipped on Monday.</p>

<p>Specifically, your APO/FPO address is considered domestic for U.S. mail purposes. When completing hField&#8217;s one-page checkout form, make sure you select United States for your country. If you select a foreign country, we will need to contact you to correct it before shipping.</p>
<p>You should enter APO or FPO, as appropriate, in the &#8220;City&#8221; field of the checkout form. Your state should be entered as &#8220;AE,&#8221; &#8220;AA,&#8221; &#8220;AP,&#8221; etc. Do not enter &#8220;Florida&#8221; or &#8220;New York&#8221; as your state because&nbsp;this will delay shipping while we correct it.</p>
