Absolutely. You can plug an additional USB extension cable either directly to the Wi-Fire, or plug it into the end of the USB cable that was included with your purchase. However, please make sure that you use only USB 2.0 extension cables, and keep in mind that the total length of the cable cannot exceed 16 feet without having to use a USB 2.0 “Active” repeater.
