Why does the USB cable get tangled when I retract it?
Pull on both ends until you feel it pulling, and then gently allow it to retract. Sometimes if the wire is twisted this is more difficult, so make sure the wires are straight first. Be sure to apply pressure to both ends equally when expanding or retracting the cable.
