I had trouble entering my order and now see two charges on my credit card. What do I have to do to remove one?

In most cases nothing, because you are seeing a temporary authorization that will go away on its own. hField maintains very high security settings to protect against potential identity theft or fraudulent charges. In many cases, your bank will authorize a charge, and hField will reject the charge because we maintain more rigorous standards. Because the bank was okay with the charge, it will temporarily appear as an authorization on your online statement. Because hField rejected the charge, it will never be collected and will disappear on its own. A second charge is created when you correct your information. We understand this can be confusing, but we feel it’s necessary to maintain strong anti-fraud protection measures.

Of course, it’s possible you accidentally did place two orders. In this case, you’d have received two e-mails with two different order numbers. Please contact us immediately to cancel one order because we ship very promptly. We’re always happy to take a duplicate order back, but if it’s already been shipped, we will not be able to refund shipping fees.
